At Fitness Revolution, our passion, first and foremost, is helping you reach your fitness goals!
Our training programs are fun, fast-paced for enhanced fitness and fat loss results.
We incorporate a variety of exercises using dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, bands and medicine balls in roughly 45 minute workout.
Our strength and conditioning workouts allow for a variety of fitness levels to see great results from our group training program.

FR's Group Training program is for men and women who are searching for a fitness program that will help them lose weight, gain lean muscle, improve fitness and increase confidence.
You should not have any major injuries or pain that prevents you from lifting
FR's Group Training program uses progressive, effective and joint-friendly movements to get you strong while keeping your body healthy. If you perform any exercise movements and there is a serious pain, you should see a medical professional before considering ANY training program.
You need to be willing to train hard and follow a proven system
There’s no doubt in my mind this is an effective strength training and fat loss program. You’ll get stronger, leaner, more muscular, feel better, and be much healthier. If you follow the plan you will get amazing results like so many FR clients have. You need to be open to challenges in order to make progress with your fitness level.

You should have some experience with resistance training
Although it isn't 100% necessary, you will want some foundation of strength. What you should know are these BASIC MOVES before starting.
